Paint correction is a term that is used to describe the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle, mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface. Paint correction and polishing involve the reduction or removal of marks in the top layer of the paint to produce a more refined finish. A final polishing is done using an ultra-fine polish to achieve an extremely high level of clarity, shine and depth.
