DQUARTZ Professional Nano-Diamond coating treatment is reserved for the enthusiast who chooses the absolute best.

Included in the DQUARTZ Professional Nano-Diamond Treatment: Ultimate Exterior Detail

• Hand Wash with Merino wool wash mitt and filtered water

• Wheels are cleaned first and Quartz Fusion coating is applied last

• Clean and dress tires

• Chemically treat the paint with Iron-X (step 1 of decontamination) to eliminate iron particles in the clear coat

• Mechanically clay bar the paint (step 2 of decontamination)

• 3-5 steps of polishing to bring the paint work of your vehicle to the highest level of perfection and shine as possible

• The surface is cleaned of any residual polishing oils

• Apply 1-2 thick layers of DQUARTZ Professional Nano-Diamond Quartz Fusion coating

• Apply 1-2 thick top layers of CQUARTZ Finest Reserve or CQUARTZ Professional

• Curing of the coating via short wave infrared curing lamps

Hardness of paints or coatings:

The pencil test is a common method to measure the hardness of paints or coatings. Essentially it checks which standardized graphite (1H, HB, 1B, 2B, etc.) will be hard enough to scratch the surface.

As always, we steer clear of the popular, yet physically impossible claims of extreme Mohs scale hardness, and giving you the real facts.
